How we handle the personal data you send us through this website. Last reviewed 3 September 2026.

What we collect

Only what the access-request form asks for, and only when you submit it:

  • Your name, work email address and — if you choose to give it — your Telegram username.
  • Your company's legal name, registered address, country and VAT or tax number.
  • The platforms you advertise on, your monthly ad spend range and your vertical.
  • Your preferred payment method, deposit currency and billing email address.
  • Technical context attached to the submission: your IP address, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie needed to protect the form against cross-site request forgery.

Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To assess your application and set up your account — on the basis of your consent, and of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the form usable — the IP address is recorded so we can rate-limit and block abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet our accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations if you become a client — on the basis of legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider and our transactional email provider process this data on our instructions in order to run the website and deliver the email we send you. We do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

  • Applications we decline — kept for up to 12 months so we can recognise a re-application, then deleted.
  • Applications we approve — retained for the life of the account and then for as long as Latvian accounting and AML law requires us to keep client records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out. Write to hello@adspatch.com and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the review date at the top of it.
